FAQs
1 What is your booking process like?
You fill out the contact form indicating the type of session you want, with the dates and/or locations you have in mind and any other details you want to share. We will then schedule a consultation call to get to know each other, see if our vibes match, and plan out the details of your day, then discuss the final steps to ensure your session is booked!
2 What is a "location" guide?
A lot of my clients aren't from the Acadia area, or even from Maine at all. Most people who vacation up here have certain locations they want to visit, but as a local, I will provide a guide with some of my favorite places for sessions--usually lesser known, "off the beaten path" type places, with fewer crowds so you can enjoy the scenery at your leisure.
3 What's the difference in an elopement and an intimate wedding?
This definition may vary depending on who you talk to, but for me the general difference is that elopements only involve the people getting married, their officiant, and two legally required witnesses. Intimate weddings may have a guest list of up to 10 people, and include family and group portraits. As we plan the amount of time and flow of the day during consultation calls, the exact definitions are fluid and highly customized for each couple.
4 When will we receive our pictures?
All sessions come with 1-2 watermarked "sneak peaks" within 48 hours
Full galleries for family, childhood, and couples sessions are typically delivered within 30 days. For elopements and weddings, galleries will be delivered within 6-8 weeks
